How long will my bag take to embroider?
Once you have placed your order and we have discussed the specifications, I will give myself 3 weeks to complete it. This is an overestimation of the time I require but I also have a full time job to work around and I like to give myself plenty of leeway in case I experience any unforeseen delays.

How many commission slots do you have open?
I will open 4 slots at a time. Once these have been taken, I won't reopen commissions until I have completed all four bags.

Commissions will open on a Sunday with work on the first order commencing the following day. Commissions will work on a first come, first serve basis e.g if you are first to order, your tote bag will be completed first.

What size is the bag?
Bag dimensions are as follows:
Tote Bag: approx 18"x13"
Back Panel: approx 7.5"x10.5"

Front Pocket: approx 7.5"x7"

Do I have to sew the bag myself?
No! I do all the sewing for you. The bag you receive will be complete and ready to use. If there is enough interest in DIY bag kits, I will look into producing these in the future

If I order a replica do I have to have the exact same colours and layout? 
Not at all! Our bags are fully customisable and I will do my best to meet your requirements.

Colours are unlimited but may vary due to thread availability. If you would like everything embroidered in various of shades of blue that's exactly what I'll do!

As for layout, there will be limited movement due to the space available on the back panel. We can discuss any changes you may wish to make and I can swap show titles on your bag e.g you might want Love Never Dies in place of Spring Awakening on the Muscatote

I want to commission a bag but I don't want a full panel of embroidery, will it still cost £55?

How will my bag be shipped?
All bags will be sent using a tracked Royal Mail service, the cost of which is included in the price of the bag

Can I wash my bag?

I have never washed my own embroidered tote so I cannot say whether it would damage the bag in any way. If you do need to wash it, I would recommend hand washing in lukewarm water rather than using a machine wash.

I have to soak the bag in order to remove the dissolvable embroidery paper and whilst the thread colours have never run, I cannot guarantee that they wouldn't with sustained heat and exposure to water.
